The service is appalling.

I logged a complaint on franchise sites /social accounts on the 11 & 12 Jan 26 and to date 06 Feb 26 there is no response from them apart from the standard automated response. I received an order #2062 from Chicken Licken Protea Glen via Uber Eats. I was disappointed with my food. The pieces were dry, and it seemed like someone else had ordered the meal, opened it up and rejected it. The pieces were either leftovers from the day before. It was then probably repackaged and delivered to me. The thought of it is sickening and disgusting. The service is appalling.
