Thank You to Zamir

After complaining about CL's (Boulders) service I'm glad to say that Zamir, who is the General Manager, got back to me. He was friendly and informed that the branch wasn't entirely prepared for the success of the delivery service so they are constantly busy. I was also reassured that phone is not being put on the side. Zamir offered his two personal numbers for me to call or Whatsapp whenever I want to make an order (he has extended his personal number to other costumers as well who have complained.). He has gone beyond the call of duty and I wish to salute him. I hope CL Head Office will recognise him for this.
