What a terrible experience I had on Saturday when I went to the Evaton Mall Chicken licken. The cashiers ignored us as we wanted to place our orders instead they were chatting and sharing huge laughs. We stood for a good 10 minutes before walking out and opting for KFC where they were eager to assist us. Customer service at this store is not a priority as it's not the 1st occurrence, they also assist their friends working in the mall whilst we stand in the queue and when we ask, the response is that they're in a hurry. Someone really needs to look into this branch as the experience is horrible and getting worse.
