TERRIBLE TERRIBLE disappointing

i have ordered food from chicken licken today just after 10. I received my order at 13:20. It was cold and the buns was not fresh, they delivered 1 cold drink short and i received incorrect order. when i called to complain about it they insisted that my order was correct. i am so disgusted with the food that i got, i dont think i will ever eat chicken licken again. the buns feels like it is from two weeks ago, this is definitely very poor and puts them in a bad light. i will tell all my friends and family never to buy the food again
