Terrible service

Terrible service from chicken licken qwaqwa Mandela Park. Drive through is not working for some reason but customers are left queueing there, no notice in the vicinity to inform customers to get inside. I was waiting on the window next to the cashier with my car idling, she did not even look at me and tell me what to do
