Terrible service and wings quality!!!

I ordered the feed my craving 10 meal from the Rivonia branch, and I had 3 wings that were terribly small. I took a picture and tweeted to Chicken Licken and there was no feedback, I retweeted 2 days later, still nothing. A week later I ordered the same meal again from the same place, and this time it came with 9 wings instead of 10. I really love their hot wings but I'm appalled by the quality of their food and the lack of customer service!
