Terrible service and food

Terrible food and service.. waited for milkshakes for 10 minutes after receiving my order, because the drive through gets preference even though we ordered 1st! Dry pieces of chicken.. the leftovers on the tray.. ordered a 3 piece and got 3 back pieces. What a joke to spend money here.. can't beat the chicken Licken at Liverty Midlands Mall
