Terrible Service and Food

Good Day My husband we to Chicken Licken Industria on Saturday Evening 09.10.2021, when he approache the cashier she was busy on her phone and didn't acknowledge him until she was done doing what she was busy with on her phone, finally when she took note of him she took his order down wrong when he said that's not what he had ordered she was then rude and very stroppy with him and said " what is she supposed to do as she can't reverse the order, he then called the manager Zelda which also didn't care or have any interest in his complaint she then still for a second time gave him an incorrect order when he said to the manager there is proof she was not interested even though the cashier by the name of Thandi was rude to my husband I front of her. When he got home the chicken he bought was a lot of dried out chicken and wings what a disappointment and we pay a lot of money for the food we buy and then the quality is money wasted and down the drain. This is not the first time we received such terrible service and food from Chicken Licken Industria. But Thandi and Zelda are not fit to be working in customer service as their attitudes are very bad. My order number was #1269 #2258 & #1274 we even had 3 different order number coz she kept messing up order I mean Really.
