terrible service and food

i went to chicken licken at the pick n pay centre in chatsworth on sunday and i was really astonished by the unprofessional, unruly service at this place. it was terrible and the attitude of the staff was disgusting. shame i really hope the owner of this place set they staff straight before they start losing serious business because no one like to go to a restaurant only to be treated like trash. shame on u chicken licken. i will definitely be waiting for someone to respond to this complaint so i can enlighten them on maybe some customer service skills to implement on they staff!!!
