Terrible service and even worse chicken!!

<p>I am a regular at chicken licken coz I prefer it to other chciken brands but this time Absolutely terrible service and even worse chicken received from chicken licken memel road corner in Newcastle. Bought 2 x soul sister meals , 2 x pops and a double boerie burger etc this past Sunday the 21 May a day after my birthday!! The chicken was absolutely cold to the bone literally! Both the chips were definitely re-fried! They were like rubber!! I dont complain in a hurry but this was the last straw now! I immediately called the manager of the store and explained. She tells me she is sorry but the chicken was in the warmer and she doesnt know how it could be cold!! Why the hell will I lie!! Come see the chciken yourself!! Seems like it was the mornings chicken pieces! She didnt even offer to replace the meals for a proper meal one which we paid for! How being a manager of the store but you dont have customer ethics!! We all look forward to the correct and at least warm meals. We go all the way home and bam!! There goes your pressure!! Very frustrating and hard to swallow there is no customer service anymore. Even the pops didnt come with the sprinkles!! Go figure! </p>
