Terrible service

I walked in to the branch at 21:50 and after standing there for over 15 minutes not assisted by anyone. When finally a Indian male walked up to the till i gave him my order. Then i was told in a very rude and abrupt tone that the store is closed and there is nothing available for me too purchase. This is the kind off service that chicken licken provides during the festive season. I was totally shocked and embarrassed. Having a hungry family with me I had no choice but to go to another fast food outlet to get supper for my family. I will neva visit the branch again to be embaressed.
