Terrible service

I received the worst service from some lady in chicken licken Menlyn. She had the audacity to tell me she’s tired therefore she doesn’t have to answer my questions. She didn’t even greet, neither did the one taking my order. I don’t understand why I have to deal with such service like people aren’t trained for customer service. I work for retail myself and customer service is something we pride ourselves in. This is totally unacceptable.
