Terrible service

I purchased a Slyder mix 4 with boneless chicken wings on the 16th of April 2016. I was served burnt wings and slyders with inconsistent fillings: One had hot sauce, one had cheese and the other two had mayo. The wings that were not burnt were not done well. Eating raw chicken is a health hazard. I had to wait for this order for over 20 minutes without anyone telling me why there was a delay or at least reassuring me that the order was still being prepared. I had to discard the wings because I was not going to drive all the way back to be slapped in the face by bad service again. It is a shame that when we support local business, this is what we get in return. I am disappointed.
