Terrible Customer Service

Very poor service from Chicken linken Boshoff Pietermaritzburg. The manager, Sphe Ndlovu, gave my order to another person without confirming the order number or my name, which is completely unacceptable.

When I tried to resolve the issue, he was unhelpful and refused to assist me. Instead of fixing the mistake, I was told he could not speak to me, which shows a lack of professionalism and accountability.

This situation has caused me serious inconvenience, and I expect it to be resolved urgently. I request either a replacement of my order or a full refund.

This level of service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.
