Terrible customer service

I purchased chicken which, upon eating, had a strong unpleasant smell and was clearly old. When I returned to the store to report the issue, the manager did not offer any apology. Instead, he simply instructed the staff to give me another portion and walked away while muttering something I could not hear. To make matters worse, even the staff behind the counter complained while issuing the replacement order, which made the entire experience even more uncomfortable. Their behaviour was distasteful and unprofessional, leaving me with no confidence that the replacement would be any better. It is unacceptable for a store to sell old food, and even more disappointing when the team cannot offer a humble apology after making such a mistake. Basic courtesy and respect for customers should be the minimum standard
