telephone line

I have been calling the outlet for more than an hour..it either it will ring and no one picks up or it is busy.I understand it is a busy time but surely I cant be calling for almost an hour and 15 min..still no answer. Can they be another way for consumers to communicate with this outlet that is efficient.The reason why we want to call is to get our orders on time since it is working hours...I am really disappointed by the telephonic service.
