Such Appalling service, I am so disgusted!!!!

The service I got today at chicken licken Wonderpark is appalling, I bought hotwings at 19:22 and was told that I would get them in 10 minutes, a lady came in at 19:40 and she ordered the same wings as me, as we were waiting together at exactly 7:50 she got her order but I haven't received mine as yet, I called the manager and she had the audacity to laugh when I told her about this and she is not even ashamed to tell me that I got there after that lady I was with, without even checking the times on our receipts, eventually I got my order at 8:00 which was over 30 minutes after the estimated time I was given.... I will never buy my food there until you teach your employees how to treat customers with respect and train them better..... Such Appalling service, I am so disgusted!!!!
