Stupid cashier closed window before we paid

Got to the Hazyview Chicken Licken on the 1st of Jan 2018 around 1pm at the Fly Thru. When we got to the pay point the cashier just closed her window without any explanation, we then proceeded to the collection side thinking we were going to pay there, one of her colleagues called her to assist us she then went to her window and said to us we must get out of the car and go to her window to pay! What’s the point of a drive thru? Your service is trash!!!
