Store closes before closing time - rude staff

On more than one occasion, including tonight (8pm on Monday 1st Feb 2016) this store closes much earlier than the trading hours indicated on the store doors and website - the store is actually meant to close at 10pm on a monday but when atempting to enter the drive through at 8pm we were turned away saying that the store has ran out of all food. <br> <br> On a Sunday the store is meant to close at 8pm, yet several times we went to the store at 7pm and we were refused service, being told that the store closes at 8pm so they will not be making anymore food.<br> <br> Once on a Sunday we were in the store finishing up our Meal around 7.15pm when the employees locked the door and started cleaning up while we were eating (unhygienic to do this) and they told all customers who attempted entry that they were closed. I proceeded to ask the cashier why they were turning customers away when the store trading times indicate closure only at 8pm, she shrugged and unenergetically stated that she knows they close at 8pm, but they need to close up now at 7.15pm so that they can clean up and leave at 8pm.<br> <br> My request is that you please address the rude behaviour of staff and get your trading hours right.
