Stale loaf/ rotten loaf

Today the 28/07/2022 at 12H56 at Jubilee Mall Chicken licken they sold me stale licken loaf. When I went back to the till lady her name is Rosina, I only know that because my till slip mentions her name. Nobody was wearing a name tag so I could t know the manager's name. When I complained regarding the stale loaf he told me that I shouldn't smell it l, I should taste it. I even showed him that the loaf had Algae but he is still chose to ignore it. I have never had such bad customer service. They sell their customers rotten loafs. The manager he is very rude and he needs to treat people with respect. He continued selling the stale loaf to the customers.
