Stale Chicken Pieces and Incorrect Order

I ordered a soulfire soulsister party 5 from Chicken Licken Hatfield. The meat I received was stale, also the food was not hot, just tasted original and instead of "hot sauce" they put in ketchup. There's no use complaining when you have already opened the food or received the order, especially if it was a delivery, because they will tell you they can't take it back, even though they served the opposite of what I asked for and to make it worse, it was not fresh.
