Stale chicken

Again today I bought chicken licken wings 12 and same old story, the wings are different textures. Some are fresh and some are dark brown and stale. Some are ****** and a bit off. The last time the manager told me to return the wings which meant I have to travel double to get fresh wing. The service at this store is atrocious and unacceptable.
