Staff with bad attitudes and terrible service

<p>Galleria Chicken Licken has the worst customer service ever. Everyone in our office avoids going there we rather drive to the one in Arbour Crossing because the service is better than Galleria. On the 18.05.2016 I experienced it for myself the staff pass comments in Zulu thinking I didn't understand them ,then Constance who was at the till took forever to assist me with placing my order, she just looked at me over her shoulder and continued with her conversation. I was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I called their call centre to complain on the same day . Up till now no one has returned my call, guess that's why the service sucks because the complaints department shows no interest as well. I will never return to that store. Rotten customer service!!!</p>
