STAFF TURNS CUSTOMERS AWAY

I was at Chicken Licken Newlands, Johannesburg. and ordered two popcorn shakers and two soul man load up. My experience at this branch is always poor, the staff has no way to talk to customers. Today I was informed at the pick up by a staff member "rather don't order pops because you going to wait" so it seems as if this Newlands branch does not want customers at all. I ordered one hot and one normal soul man load up , both boxes was not marked as to which was which, I went and gave it to the manager, the manager then marked both boxes. When checking again the box the manager mark as soulfire was NOT soulfire but original I had to go back again she then asked the kitchen staff but she marked the boxes, so how does the manager not know what the food on the menu is supposed to look like? The staff and manager included needs serious training because they are giving the brand a bad name. The manager did not even have the decency to apologize. How pathetic.
