STAFF SHOULD NOT BE TAKING PHONE ORDERS

VERY ANNOYED WITH THE SERVICE OR LACK THEREOF RECEIVED AT THE PAVILION BRANCH TODAY. Called in our order FOR COLLECTION at 12pm to COLLECT at 12.30pm. Arrived only to be told that our order had already left for DELIVERY! How could you DELIVER if I didnt give a DELIVERY address. Returned back to the office and called at 1.20pm only to be told that our order was still there!! Delivery could be done in 30 mins. By this time, order is cold, soggy and unedible. The staff member who took the order initally, had to repeat it to me 4 times as didnt get it right the first time either. Now left hungry and annoyed! 6 people with no lunch today! Definitely the last time we order from you guys!
