staff service and attitude

this afternoon at about 13h15pm I took a walk to Chicken Licken in Adderley street, Cape Town where I experienced appalling customer service. I was dropping by for a quick snack and waited a while after placing my order ..they then called my order number out however i did not hear them. After a few minutes one of the other customers recognized me and told me that my order number had already been called so i walked up to the counter where the staff members were having a fat chat.. i attempted to get her attention on 3 occasions but the conversation continued and she paid me no regard. on the 4th attempt to get my food and her attention. She then turned her head around and said "SO WHAT" in the most disrespectful way as if i was wrong to interrupt her conversation for food I PAID FOR. We then had a heated argument when she told me "do you think this is a brewery" and then she advised her other colleague that she should give me my food because She was not going to give it to me. Her colleague then gave me my food. I cannot remember her name but this lady is disrespectful and i do believe that she has absolutely no idea what customer service is as she still passed remarks as i was walking out the door.

please follow up on this matter or send her to work in prison where her attitude would be appreciated.
