STAFF ON A GO- SLOW

<p>The staff at chicken Licken in the Cape Town CBD did not even bother to apologize when our meal was delayed by 20+ mins. A total lack of empathy and consideration and it would appear as though they were deliberately moving at snails pace.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel as a very, VERY loyal customer, Something should be done on a management level. Staff need to be properly trained and sanctioned.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am disgusted in the way the level of service had gone downhill in a matter of months.</p>
