Staff inefficient

Went to a Chicken Kicker, in Vosloorus Chris Hani Crossing. I ordered a chicken Inn 9 piece with three extra pieces. Only then that's when the meat was being prepared and no one of the staff bothered to make sure there was sufficient meat for orders, cause it wasn't even busy. I was made to wait an hour for that order and when I asked the staff why it was taking soooo long, again no one bothered to respond, instead they were giving me funny faces and laughing away like I was making a joke. I cannot seem to fathom how it is possible for a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, to prepare meat for an hour. Now, I was with my mother, who's sickly, had to calm her down while waiting and the staff couldn't give a rat's ****. Your urgent response in this regard will be highly appreciated!!
