staff and management ***********

i bought food for my family i gave my order at 19:15 the store was full the staff were running around like headless chickens the manager is clueless i parked my vehicle at 19:40 as i was in the drive through to find out what the hold up was people were demanding there money back people went to back of shop to see what was going on some walked out it was chaos. I asked where my order was as order numbers after mine were getting there orders she showed me orders was being packed and getting cold it took another half an hour for the rest of the order to be packed.i eventually got my order at 20:20. when i got home the food was disgusting cold chips chicken some dry but mostly cold, sliders were soggy from standing too long very dissapointing. if the staff are not properly trained this franchise is doomed to fail i think last night there at least 50 people who wont be going to this shop again i have photos of some of the chicken and the chips very poor service pleasee dont make pathetic excuses sort out your *********** staff .
