Sour not coated Chicken

<p>Good Day</p> <p>I do not have a telephone number to complain to the Viks Viking Chicken Licken store.This is the second time I am buying chicken and it taste sour and I was very upset when I bought soulsister party 5 with hotwings party 16 which cost me R156,80 wasted.The chicken had not coating oveand was so dry it looked like it was standing there for days ,the chips was so dry no flavor in chicken and not softness in chips ,I am highly dissappointed because I always buy at Southgate ,Trade Route ,Booysend I bought wings last week Friday and all places on point but this is the second time Im buying at Viking and someothing changed since my last two purchases ,the food was horrible no one ate not even the kids ,I need to know what is happening at Viking and what will be done to refnd my R156,80</p> <p> </p>
