Soul incompetence

<p> I am a regular customer at your store in Jubille Mall and I am horrified by the absolute incompetence and lack of proper service there.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have witnessed on several occasions how who know staff members there are give preferential treatement especially during month-ends. Just last night I went there and your staff were working normally then one at a time they disappeared into the back of the store until eventually there was on one to dispense orders only the person calling out order numbers and packing the orders and the cashier ere left in front. It even got to the point whereby the same person packing the orders had to go into your kitchen and start preparing the orders and then come back again and pack them and only then could customers get their orders.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am completely disgusted by the ay things are done at your store. It is clearly evident that your staff at Jubille Mall need proper and intense training in customer care etiquette.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your very disgruntled and unsatisfied customer</p>
