Soul Crushing

The staff at Chicken Licken in Mokopane has gone and found what "bottom of the barrel" service is and clearly decided to go deeper than that. I went to get what I thought would be a quick meal and had to wait in a queue for over an hour before I got service. I went into the shop to enquire about the ridiculous wait only to find the staff busy on their phones :), not at all bothered to communicate to any of us that they were out of chicken. The service was lousy, unfriendly and topped with an open threat from a very rude cashier (collections till) who blatantly told me she would come for me at my workplace for simply complaining about their non-service. If Chicken Licken is aiming for nonsense service, they've gone and outdone themselves with the bunch at this branch! I got there at 18:10 and only got to order at 18:55, pay at 19:05. After payment was done, i was told to wait an extra 5-10 minutes as they were out of John burgers. All in all, i spend over an hour at their "drive through", worst service ever.
