Small change we need it back

Chicken licken has a tendency of not give back our 10 cents or 20 cents change when we buy with cash and I would like to know as to where that money is going? And not only Chicken licken also pick & pay and shoprite cashiers are *****ing our 10 cents and 20 cents how will we be rich if we keep making this stores rich?.. actually I think its all the stores.
