Slow, useless service

Horrible service received at the Arbour Crossing branch. Food took over 40 mins and service was terrible. Seating area was messed and staff did not bother to clean a table even after being requested to. Many customers had arrived after us and received their meals before us, we only ordered 3 items. The staff were rude and unhelpful and the manager gave a lousy excuse that they were short staffed and that staff from the previous shift had not prepared any salads and coleslaw's. The customer care link on the Chicken Licken website does not work.
