Slow service. *******

At the time of writing this I had been waiting 23 minutes for my order at Chicken licken at emba mall.

If I had gone to any other take away spot(whether KFC, steers, debonairs, or any other) I would have been home eating by now.

Usually, I come here and get informed that there will be a delay and I leave without ordering, because the time of waiting can be better utilised elsewhere.

Now they wasted 25 minutes of my life and when I asked for my money back I was told that my order was coming out of the oven. After repeated requests for the refund, again and again I was told it's almost ready. Till it finally was ready but I was no longer in the mood so I insisted on my money being returned.

I then walked across the parking lot to KFC and my order was ready whilst I was typing this review.

Now I regret not coming to KFC in the first place.
