Shouting at me like I am a child

At or about 11:50 on 27 February 2016 I was at Chicken Licken Lyttleton I went through the drive through. I was craving the toast and wings but didn't want a drink. So I asked Lerato Khalata if there is a meal with the toast, wings and chips without a drink. She said no. Then I proceeded to place an order for wings and toast. She didn't respond. I repeated myself but still she didn't respond. I said hello and that is when she responded and i placed my order. Her response to that was \we don't sell toast\" I asked her for bread then. That's when she proceeded to shout at me \"WE DON'T SELL TOAST SEPARATELY\" I asked what was the item that looked like toast in one of the meals that looked like toast. She continued to shout at me and I drove to the window. That is when I told her not to shout at me and asked for her name and surname. She responded with just her name. I switched off my car and told her I will not leave until I got her surname. That is when Portia Zulu was called. Her efforts to sort things out were basically useless as she didn't give me lerato's surname as it appears on her tag and told me a story that made no sense as they both contradicted each other."
