Shortage of wings

I bought 24 wings only to get home and there were only 20 wings because it was in the evening already called the branch Cresta I bought them @ to no avail I then inboxed them on Twitter was the redirected to their customer care. Sent them a detailed e-mail only for them to get back to me 5 days later telling me their policy states that in order for replacement or refund I take back the wings “in their original condition”and the slip if I’m not happy with the product. I’m livid with their complacency and inconsideration I bought the wings for dinner how are they going to be in their original condition? Furthermore when I called the manager Lindi told me she can’t help since I’ve escalated to customer care. I can’t believe they are treating customers like this in such dire times . I will never ever buy from them again and of course my friends and family will not be supporting them going forth.
