short packed my order and they see no wrong in it

On the 6th of Feb 2015, I placed an order with Chicken Licken for a total of R211.20.<br> On my arrival back at work we realized that the wings was packed short, instead of 12 wings per box, we only received 9 wings per box.<br> I called them and advised and was told to send them a written explanation I did so with my slip attached.<br> Monday 09th February, I was contacted by Nomathemba, who advised me that they will give me a voucher, but I told her that I work in Selby and cannot drive there, she then suggested that they will deliver to my house.<br> IT WAS SO UNBELIEVABLE!<br> They sent a courier, which I'm sure must have cost a fortune, just to deliver R21....<br> You can take your R21 and shove it where the sun don't shine... you think nothing about your customers. My time, my petrol and you short-pack my order, so you think by giving me just the short-packed amount is ok....Helll no...CHICKEN LICKEN,,,A DISGRACE TO THE HUMAN RACE!<br>
