Shocked at the drive thru

We stopped at Chicken Licken Riverside/Grove for an ice-cream in the drive through. I was greeted with a "Hello, what do you want?". I am sorry if I'm being too critical, but I do remember when I was working in retain, a customer is a customer. They are to be greeted in the appropriate manor. Needless to say, I'll be going to KFC or McDonalds next time.
