On Sunday i came to the store and ordered a chocolate shake which they did not have and was offered me a raspberry shake 15 minutes of waiting for my shake i then went to the person standing at collections and asked about my order, he called the girl(cashier) and asked her why is the customer still waiting for a shake because she was supposed to have made it and gave to me right away... Which is the service i normally get at Chicken Licken Bryanston

The cashier then came and attempted to do the shake then realized that they ran out of milk, while i wait with no communication she walks out of the shop to buy milk and comes back few mins later and proceed with my shake

She then put the shake into a cup and screamed for lids, which did not come and she was not willing to go collect

40 mins later of waiting for my shake, i then left the outlet... still without my shake that i had already paid for
