I Bought a meal and had forgoten to buy the soul fire sause and my oder was ready for collection, normaly the cahiers will tell us to go at the back of the line to join the que just for a mere satchet , but lena to my supprice did not do such, she allowed us to pay, where we collected the oder instead of joining the que, she did that with a smile, if chicken lycken hired more stufff like Lena i telll u, ull have more customers, Please make sure she gets a pat on the back beacuse we apreciate people like her who go an extra mile in making sure that they provide the best customer service ever.
