Service was really bad

So before entering the take away, due to Covert 19, just because being the only Indian in the line, the security says out loud that the chicken is sold out and only chicken feet and neck is being sold, so ingoring him i followd the queue in the the building where i was ask to take my order, which firstly I greeted the lady on the other side, which she did not even respond to my greeting just ask me what is my order, so I start of by giving her my fist order ( item) hot wings meal 8 on the menu, which on the menu was R65 with a can coldrink, when i seen, she had charged me for the PET size, which i told her thay was the wrong price and rudely told me that i should have been specfic on weather i what a CAN OR PET, which thr manger come to void and charge me for the right size meal that i wanted,ANY Way i continue to complete my order, when i received my order it was incomplete and I return to the store and explain to the lady that order is incomplete, she literally argued which that my order was complete, which i told that I will bring the meals that was in the packet back so she could see for herherself, still with the slip and the food brought back she continued talk down at me as if did know what I ordered and don't know what I'm talking about, and using her language, which i would not understand, it took about 20 mins to sort my issue out, and buy that time I wanted to cancel the order, when i when the manger came again, I now had to explain the whole storie again and the cashier instead that I I'd with a card and for the third time I had to tell her that i paid cash
