Service complaint

I felt our franchises are failing us, I went to chicken licken on Germiston (cbd)yesterday, where I went to purchase my favourite meal to satisfy my cravings. As much as I understand the lockdown curfew that retail stores are to close @8pm to allow workers and store to comply with the trading and curfew regulations under lockdown... I had the worst experience ever . I arrived at the retail drive through at about 19:18 and stood there for almost 30 mins and only be told@ 19:52 that they had ran out of meat for trading...for a moment I was fine with what they explained until the lady inside by the name of Janet( supposedly the manager) took a R200 note from a guy who came out from a car behind me in the drive way and assisted him and all other cars had to leave. In essence, what I am saying is customers are not treated equally at that franchise.Because there was bribery involved we were turned back while he got assisted. On the other hand I am diabetic and I was heavily hungry and needed a quick meal to ingest but I was deprived. Given my health status , had I collapsed what would have happened to me?
