Service at Chicken Licken comepletely appalling

Working at a office that's very near to the mall, my colleagues and I frequently make chicken licken order,<br> There has been many incidents of completely appalling service, I can literally count the number of times we had good service from them.On this particular occasion I called them to make an order at 12:58 for a meal to be delivered for a colleague, less than 30 seconds later I called back to amend the order and add a meal for myself, AND AS USUAL the number was busy for an hour (this happens a lot), until my colleagues order came at 13:35, when I asked to make an order with Brenda who had delivered the meal, she told me with a lot of attitude that it's passed 2 pm and they won't deliver, if I order I'll have to come collect myself, when I tried to explain that I have been calling to add to this order, she gave me attitude and walked away.I then asked her for her name and her manager's name who happens to be Nomsa, as she gave me both those names with extreme attitude and complete disregard for me. After she walked away pretending not to hear me.We have so many problems as a working environment with Chicken Licken, yet we still remain supportive of the business.
