Selling Old Stock

I bought 24 hot wings today and when I got home, opened the box to eat it, noticed that the chicken was very dry and shrunk in size. There was absolutely no moisture in the chicken at all and this could never have been chicken that was made today. Chicken Licken is not cheap and I am grossly disappointed that management and staff can set out a product that clearly to the eye does not meet the franchises standards. I have been calling the branch on their landline for the past 30 min and nobody answers the phone. Service in this country stinks because peope don't value their jobs and franchises are bought by people who have no clue how to render any kind of service. We all work hard, rendering some kind of service directly or indirectly every day in order to spend money and this is the mediocre quality and service that you get for your hard earned money.
