Rudest staff ever!!!

Went and bought food. Made a mistake of buying normal chicken instead of a hot one. When I asked the lady Elizabeth Mokuwa, she refused and told us they don’t void or can’t cancel meals on fly thru. I then told her we’ve never heard of such instead of giving what we asked, she continued to be so rude and I told her I’ll report her and told us to do so she doesn’t care.
