Rudeness and bad behaviour

On Tuesday me and my colleagues went to Chicken Licken in Cape Town CBD by Adderley street at 14:00 and bought food. They took our receipts when we collected food but at 16:00 we went back to ask for our receipts 1223/1224 the till girl was so ****** rude and could not even help us. I guess because we were black visitors from Pretoria and they chose to be so rude whilst speaking in their Xhosa language. Teach them to respect your customers or else hire new ones who will not treat your customers so bad and rude.
