Rudeness

I went today at Chicken Licken in Embalenhle Mall, I ordered as usual the meal 8 with the berry blaze juice. That woman tells me I can't have juice I must choose a cold drink. I ask her for what reason as I always order this meal with the juice she says no. I ask her why can't she explain why I can't choose what to drink with my own money. I ask for management only to find she is the manager.

Since when do you dictate what a customer drinks with her own money? If you don't have it in stock why not say so?

Firstly they always sell us spoilt burnt food now we have to tolerate this ****. It's unacceptable
