rude , unprofessional service

I have just experienced the worst service at chicken licken in campus square i went there on my lunch break, and at ecaxtly 09h36 i ordered 2 rock my soul meals (order#1024) served by Phindile. I then went to the ATM and came back around 09h51 and my order was still not out. When I asked I was given a very rude attitude by the staff there. it is bot the first time this has happened. they lack customer service and are so relaxed, busy chatting and taking their own time.
