RUDE & UNHELPFUL STAFF

Went to Chicken Licken Booysens drive through. As I pull up to the speaker to order no one responds, I said Hello 3 times and there was no response so naturally I drove through to the window and asked the lady at the window if her speaker was working because when I was there it was not. She told me it was working and asked if I placed an order there, to which I responded no because there was no response when I drove up to the speaker. After she had a full on argument with me for about 5 minutes and told me that I cannot place my order with her and I must just go around again. Instead of just taking my order and asking me to come inside and collect it and be on my way (which i would have been happy with) she wanted me to go around and spend another half an hour in the drive through queue. When i told her that I did not want to move because it is just a simple task of taking my order there she called another employee who also screamed at me and told me that they will not take my order at that window, this employee then walked away and proceeded to call security. <br> <br> This problem could have been solved if the first employee was not rude and just took my order.
